This policy explains what information PDXtinguishers collects through this website and how it is used.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to enter. The Instant Quote calculator runs in your browser and does not send anything to us until you submit a service request. When you submit a request, we receive your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, service address, preferred timing, any notes you add, and a copy of the estimate you were shown.
How we use your information
We use it to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, keep service records for your account, and — only if you opt in — to send annual service reminders. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising purposes.
Service providers
We use third-party providers for website hosting, database storage and email delivery. These providers process your information only to operate the service on our behalf. Some work may be performed through an appropriate third-party service provider, in which case we share only what is needed to complete that work.
Data retention
We keep quote and service request records for as long as needed to service your account and to maintain a service history. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can opt out of annual service reminders at any time. To request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your information, email service@pdxtinguishers.com.
